Shipping Policy

You can purchase your items online and ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. The General Delivery time for any order is 5-7 days. In case of the product is made on order, delivery time for the same might be more than 7 days. On the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Return & Exchange Policy

cancellation charges will be charged on canceling the order due to any reason. Cancellation charges may vary depending on whether the order is still in-store or shipped.

Returns will be accepted only on products damaged in transit or is different from the product you ordered. photos of the product along with the packaging box shall be submitted in order to help us inspect the reason or the damage properly. No refunds can be made if the customer fails to provide proof of damages in transit within time.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 5 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
